Thank you for shopping with Naturally FC LLC! We are committed to providing safe, high-quality food products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we have a clear and strict return policy to ensure the health and satisfaction of all our customers.

Returns

We do not accept returns on any food products, except in cases where the item is damaged during shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by completing the following steps:

  1. Take clear photographs of:

    • The damaged product

    • The outer shipping box or packaging, including the shipping label

  2. Email the photos and a brief description of the issue to info@naturallyfc.com, including your order number.

Once we review and approve your claim, we will issue a replacement or refund, depending on the item and its availability.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is the result of our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on food products.
