Located in the heart of Auvergne, our candies are cooked in copper kettles using time-honored techniques that enhance natural aromas and ensure the perfect texture—whether soft and melting or delightfully crunchy, depending on the recipe. We use only high-quality French ingredients, free from artificial colors and synthetic flavorings.
Each bite tells a story: our fruit, floral, or honey-based recipes are inspired by the comforting taste of old-fashioned candies—those simple, honest treats that bring back childhood memories.
Honey holds a special place in our approach. We’ve installed our own beehives near the workshop to produce exceptional Auvergne honey. Rich in flavor and never overheated, this local treasure is added to select recipes at up to 20%, bringing natural sweetness, authenticity, and wellness to each creation. It’s our way of combining terroir, quality, and sustainability.
Our commitment also extends to the planet: our metal tins are recyclable and reusable, and our cornstarch-based bands are fully biodegradable. Every detail matters.
